We have enacted several individual rules and modified some of the comunio rules. This is to establish fairplay and avoid capital accumulation over the seasons. All amendments are based on the Constitution of Comunio.

a) All transfers must be processed over the official transfer market. Direct transfers between fellow players are prohibited

b) Players have to be put on the transfer market with their face value rated by the computer

c) The use of the "instant offer function" (99 Cent) provided by the system is strictly prohibited

d) The number of players that can be put on the transfer market at the same time is limited to 3

e) If a fellow player has placed a bid the player must not be removed from the transfer market anymore

f) If a fellow player has placed the highest bid on a player he must be sold to the fellow player

g) In case of a breach of transfer rules by the seller the transfer will be nullified. The buyer can decide to insist of acquiring the player for the value of his original bid. If the transfer failure caused a disadvantage for the buyer (i.e. player cannot be put on the matchday lineup anymore) the seller will receive a fine to the amount of the respective player´s market value.

1. Team Setup

a) The amount of players in one team is limited to 16 regardless their positions and market value. Deadline is always kick-off time of the respective matchday, so usually Friday 8.30 pm. Fellow players possessing more than 16 players after the deadline will be fined with a penalty that equals the market value of their player with the highest market value at that time

3. Rewards

a) Fellow players will be given rewards after each matchday depending on their performance

b) 1st: 1.2m // 2nd: 1.0m // 3rd: 0.8m // 4th: 0.6m // 5th: 0.3m

c) If points are equal between two fellow players the one with the lower team value wins

d) Transfers of funds will be initiated by the administrator timely after the matchday, in any case before the next matchday starts

e) Direct transfers of funds between team mates are not possible due to prevent potential distortion of competition (balancing of overdrawn accounts)

4. Season Transition

a) Existing fellow players are allowed to select one player from their team to take into the next season

b) Only players attending the annual jamboree (known as players´ conference) are entitled to shift a player from one season to the next

c) The player selected to be kept must be acquired prior to the 30th matchday of the respective season

d) New joiners will be drafted a complete team and can only keep a player at the end of their first season

2.1 Transfers between Players

To avoid mistakes in the process of direct transfers between players on the transfer market it is essential that the parties involved establish a clear communication pattern as shown in the flowchart.

Potential failures can only be cleared by the admin if all notifications had been made as required!
